The following are the basic Terms and Conditions that govern your use of and purchase of products from Rosmed Pty Ltd. Please note that use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Products are described as accurately and appropriately as possible in order to ensure that you understand the product you are ordering.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Rosmed Pty Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information. If your order gets lost due to an inaccuracy on your part, we will not be held liable and will not refund any charges.
Site Policies and Modifications
Please review our other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to the site. We reserve the right to change this Agreement or terminate access to this site at any time, with or without notice. Your use of this site after such a change constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this Agreement and Terms of Use.
Delivery Policy
Shipping Policy
We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as we receive it and to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible.Normally you should receive your package in 2 to 3 days, but please allow 5 to 10 business days for any unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges include delivery confirmation and certain orders will be insured at our discretion.
Temporarily Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is not currently in-stock, we will let you know when it will be available for delivery. In general, for items that are temporarily out-of-stock, please allow an additional 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.
At this time we only ship within Australia. We may ship to New Zealand and certain countries if you are willing to pay the extra shipping charges. This can be discussed on a case by case basis. Orders can be taken over e-mail or fax.
Retuns
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you would like to return a product, please contact us first to receive an order number. Make sure you write the order number on the outside of your package. Return the merchandise unopened, in the same condition you received it, within 30 days of the delivery date for a courteous refund, exchange or credit. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may return it according to our Policies.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item, or the item was defective, in which case we will gladly exchange it once we receive your return.
If the merchandise is not returned in the same, new condition it was received, or if has been damaged or used, we will not refund any charges. If you request to have it shipped back, you will be charged for shipping again.
Items lost due to a wrong address provided by you will not be refunded. Packages returned to us because of an address issue (wrong address or any other reason) may be shipped again, if you request us to do so, but you will be charged for the new shipping. We will NOT refund shipping charges for any reason, unless a package is lost or returned due to our mistake.. We reserve the right to make changes to these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, please return it to us for a full refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund return postage costs for non-faulty products.
Rosmed Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within10 days, for a replacement to be sent.

Refunds
If your purchase from Rosmed Pty Ltd is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order by informing us of this by e-mailing info@rosmed.com.au any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is earlier.
Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Representatives at the address above.
